Warped Tour 2015 was as sweltering as ever but was also as enjoyable as ever. Major Bands such as Escape the Fate, Simple Plan, Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, Pierce the Veil, Memphis May Fire, and Attila all preformed great, inviting the 2.4k fans back again next year. The tour had 9 stages set up though out the Tinley Park Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. The tour kicked off at 11am on July 25th and went on till the last performance at 7:50pm. The two main stages, named Shark and Journey’s left stage, hosted Artists such as Bebe Rexha, Black Veil Brides, Asking Alexandria, and Simple Plan. Bebe Rexha during her performance sang her new hit single “I’m Gonna Show You Crazy” as well as the song she wrote “Hey Mama”. Another artist, Simple Plan, announced they would be using the crowd footage in an up and coming music video. Some of the tents set up also gave the fans a chance to get an autograph from artists like Say We Can Fly and Attila. At the Amphitheatre the fans could also enjoy popcorn, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, nachos, pizzas, and most carbonated beverages. Other bands that performed were Never Shout Never, Our Last Night, We Came as Romans, August Burns Red, Blessthefall, Icon for Hire, and Juliet Simms.  The fans enjoying the concert were almost as weird as some of songs being performed with tutus, rainbow hair, a bacon costume, and a sea of black band t-shirts. Though many people had to beware the heat as there was a high chance of heat stroke and dehydration. The medical tent this year was packed with all the people who had fainted throughout the day. Overall the Rock/Metal/Punk bands and artists played remarkably well and not only would I recommend going but will be attending the event myself again next year. Next year’s voting for who is next to join the Warped tour roster can be found at www.vanswarpedtour.com where you can vote for your top five favorite artists and a new never before played city to possibly be added to the stops along the way.
