JTHS is hosting a community expo to help students and the community explore new paths, careers, and educational opportunities. The Mariachi and other clubs of Joliet’s community will be there.
Recently this month, Joliet High School hosted an event to showcase some opportunities to have fun with friends and other individuals. The expo had raffles, food trucks, and other very exciting events. At the expo, a few people were interviewed about their experience and reasons for attending. This undisclosed person from the event said, “I love being here at this expo because I think it gives an opportunity for some people looking for some ‘look into the future’ type of thing but also gives a time to hang out with friends.” The overall feedback from attendees of the event has been overwhelmingly positive. They had mariachi, food trucks from 5-6 pm, gaming rooms, and expos starting at 6 and until the event ended at 8 pm. People conversed and public expert speakers presented information about health and wellness for anyone interested in jobs involving medical enforcement.
